Geo
Polar Series Heat Pumps EXTRACT up to 70% of the Energy needed

FEATURES:
Cabinet:
Satin coat galvanized steel with a baked on high quality power
coat of enamel. All water pipe openings have secure fitting rubber
grommets to protect against vibration and electrolysis from dissimilar
metals such as copper tubes and steel cabinets. The interior walls
have 1" of acoustic lining to reduce sound. This is twice
as much as most other manufacturers.
Air
Coil:
Utilizes rifle tubing and lanced fin design, the latest advances
in air coil manufacturing. The Air Coils used are the largest
used in the industry in total surface area. This allows for maximum
Heat Transfer surface area and dehumidification on cooling. The
Geo Polar Series Air Coils never freeze up on A/C.
Fan
Assembly:
ECM Constant Flow Fans are used to ensure quietness and power
with programmable motors which maintain precise volume flow in
fluctuating pressure systems. The customer has the option to run
the fan on either speed to circulate air on a continuous basis.
This helps maintain a high level of air filtration and adds to
the evenness of temperature throughout the home.
Water
Coil:
The Water Coil matched to its specific unit is larger in capacity
than ANY other manufacturer. Geo Polar units consistently out
perform all other makes in both total BTU output and COP efficiency.
In Closed Loop applications where BTU output drops because of
the lower incoming water temperature, BTU output is only slightly
decreased.
The tubing that carries the water is an 8 pronged clover shaped
to maximize surface area for heat transfer. If the pipe freezes
there is rarely any damage because this shape allows for expansion
as the water freezes. The Water Coil can be ordered as Copper
or Copper-Nickel for highly corrosive water conditions.
Compressor:
Scroll Compressors are used in the entire Geo Polar Series. These
compressors operate more efficiently than Piston compressors and
are more durable and reliable.
Hot
Water Pump:
The Water Pump is a Grundfos Pump used in industrial applications
to pump water in large commercial buildings. This pump has the
advantage of being extremely enclosed, protecting the electrical
wiring from exposure and also ensuring quietness.
Reversing
Valve & TX Valve:
The 'Ranco' Reversing Valve is considered the best in the industry.
This valve is very important to the operation of the Heat Pump
because it directs the refrigerant to either the Air Coil or the
Water Coil depending on whether we are Air Conditioning or Heating.
The TX Valve is the device which regulates the flow of the refrigerant
through the Heat Pump. This valve reacts to the differing conditions
always keeping the Heat Pump operating at its optimal performance
capabilities. The importance of this device cannot be underestimated.
That is why we use only ALCO TX Valves.
Remaining
Components:
All remaining Components used in the assembly of our Geo Polar
Series Heat Pumps are over-rated allowing the end user to feel
comfortable that each unit will continually perform to its maximum
capacity.
